Pen & Pattern

Patterns made by pen and boredom. Maybe a new notebook project?

A Type of Soap

My new homemade soapdispenser is a recycled juicebottle attached with a pump. Initial plan was to decorate it with a custommade font, but it got a happy sticker instead...
Font is still in the making though!

Ho Ho Ho!

Christmas card. So last year, (2012) but who cares!

Beer for BAS - Christmas Porter

My husband is still passionate about beer and I happily provide him with «office supplies»!

His homebrewed beer for christmas needed labeling
A booklet for collecting and documenting beertasting
Engraved logo on beerglass and illustrated bookcover for recipes
His recipe for christmas beer 2013

Embroided pattern

After visiting the lovely cafe Bakklandet Skydsstasjon, I took a picture of one of their pillows, determined to make a similar one for my own!

I took many more hours than anticipated, but pretty proud with the end result!
The pillow measures 60 x 45 cm

I had figured out a colorplan from the start, but one wrong turn in the beginning meant freestyling the rest

Now the pillow lives happily on my mothers sofa…

Letters for Mari

Typographical illustrations made for my funny friend Marigrafen. She has the finest collection of M´s and Agatha Christie bookcovers!

The Honeymooners

Illustration made for my friends wedding, showing the journey from ten years back when we went to school together, to the journey the couple have been on and future journeys to come!

We wish them all good in life and a happy honeymoon to New York and Miami!
