My christmas meltdown

This year four angels lights and shine each sunday before christmas eve. I´m not sure what happen this last sunday with candle number two..

24 gifts before christmas

I came up with the idea for this years «adventskalender» the day before 1th of december and happily decided not to stress and fuss to much, so all I needed was a box and numberstickers (bought from a southkorean shoeshop) Each day I put something in the jar for my husband, and if he forget to check it out, it´s one less present to think about ;)

My new rolling storagebox

I´ve been looking for a wodden box like this a while now, and just my luck I found it at Fretex (Sally Ann). It was even more perfect that it was an old milkcrate belonging to Trøndermeieriet (the old name for Tine) where my grandfather was chief of office.

Grandfather: the one smoking the pipe :)

The front is a cut-out and on the inside you can place the paper you like to give the bird it´s distinct color or pattern.

Notebook 4: Nansen

The great explorer and humanist Fridtjof Nansen is a beloved profile in Norwegian culture and history. The notebook was inspired by the recent celebration of his 150 year jubilee.

Pinkstring Moustache

Nothing like putting moustaches on a string to brighten up the day. Hope you like them little Erle!

Rappo

My sister and her two kids visited us one weekend and along the way from Trondheim to Oslo they saw a little fox. He was quickly named Rappo by my nephew and was the big topic that weekend. For his 2-year birthday I made him a tribute t-shirt. (We didn´t have the heart to tell him that my sister unfortunately ran over Rappo with the car)
